Many Nerfers have had trouble with ways to make flywheelers more accurate and/or raise the velocity. I have come up with another possible solution.
It is unknown if it will work or not, but when I posted it in SNW people decided to print one, and here's how one of them turned out.
The cage is printed in three pieces which then can be taped, screwed, or glued together.
A single piece should look like this:
Mounting in the blaster is currently not a concern, but may become one in the future once we know it works as an afterburner.
The real end goal here is to make a flywheel blaster that shoots stefans at NIC velocities, maybe even capable of firing slugs as a backup ammo type.
To close off, this is still a work in progress, and definitely needs work.
